The accommodation is also conveniently located for the many other attractions such as the historic market town of Tiverton which is only 4 miles away, the city centre of Exeter with its museums, leisure facilities, restaurants and high street shops and a variety of sandy family beaches to the north and south. The accommodation is arranged on one level and offers ONE bedroom: double. Bathroom: large shower with power shower, hand rails and WC. Centrally positioned for touring the whole area, there are beaches to the North and South to explore, and attractions close by to suit all tastes which include Tiverton Canal and Castle, Bickleigh Mill, Crealy Devon and rugged Dartmoor for its scenery and wildlife, to name but a few. Keen anglers also benefit from the property's close proximity to the River Exe (2mls) as it is possible to purchase day fishing licenses fromExe Valley Angling.The market town of Tiverton is a 10 minute drive and offers a range of different shops, restaurants and leisure activities.
