LARGE GARDENS AND WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF TORQUAY, SLEEPS 2 + 2 This annexe to the owners homeis situated at the rear of this imposing Victorian house and within easy walking distance of the beach and the many exciting attractions Torquay has to offer. Visitors to Brierley are only a stroll from Cockington, a beautiful hidden village with its well known pub and tea rooms. Enjoy a horse and carriage ride around the leafy lanes or stroll through the wooded valley down to the seafront. An array of places to visit for all ages and tastes. Tor Abbey is worth a visit, as is the marina where you can watch the yachts, hop on a river cruise or have a go at river or sea fishing on one of the many boat trips on offer. Visitors can enjoy the sandy beach at Torquay or explore and find one of the many smaller beaches and coves nearby. The property has the use of a large lawned garden with play equipment, swing/slide, as well as a small but sunny patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. The well-equipped and furnished accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with washbasin, TV, DVD and en-suite shower room with heated towel rail. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV, DVD, and double sofa bed. Kitchen area with electric cooker, halogen hob, fridge with freezer section and breakfast bar. Use of owner's washing machine and tumble dryer by arrangement. Outside: door from kitchen leads to private patio. Amenities: parking for 1 car.
