| Why can't I specify more criteria such as being near the beach? | Because One Stop Cottage draws on so many websites with varying search functionality it has to use the "lowest common denominator" criteria supported by the majority of sites |
| I entered a date and when I click on a cottage for more info it is not available for that date | Unfortunately not all sites support "availability searching" but it would be a shame not to include them in the results. If this is the case then a warning is shown |
| I searched for cottages in X but the results from some companies are located in Y! | Because different websites handle location differently when searching One Stop Cottage sometimes has to do the best it can. For example, some sites allow you to search for Cornwall but others are less precise and you have to search for the South West |
